           Aaron Martinez (aka Saviour Self)

(composer of the score for the audio story, An Abduction (of the Alien Variety), and illustrator of Secret Passages in the book)
Aaron Martinez is a musician, artist, designer, animator and an all around good guy. Over the years, he has been involved in several artistic endeavors and collaborations.

As an artist, he worked with Taylor Kingsbury on Les Fables, a collection of short horror stories, which he both designed and illustrated. In addition to Les Fables, he has also lent his illustrative talent to Allister Cromley's Fairweather Belle.

Musically, he is a multi-instrumentalist and the front-man for the post-apocalyptic country band Whitfield Fahrenheit and the Doomsday Trio as well as the more humorous Apoctopus. In 2007, he provided the score and sound design for Wendy McLeod's House of Yes, as produced by Fall Guy Theatre and in 2011 a score for an Allister Cromley story entitled, An Abduction (of the Alien Variety). Currently he is also in the midst of scoring a project for a movie by Megan Larsson, which is in the works.

In addition to his music and art, Aaron is studying stop motion animation under Will Vinton at the NW Film Center in Portland, OR.

He lives in Portland, Oregon with his wife, dog and five chickens.
