             Ruth Gamble                        

(designer of the Allister book, chief confidant, and frequent Historical Assumption voice contributor)
Ruth is from South Carolina and Arizona and received her degree in Musical Theatre from Point Park University in Pittsburgh. She studied improv and sketch comedy at iO, Second City, and The Annoyance, in Chicago. She has also lived in NYC and is currently in Los Angeles.

She's performed in comedy festivals across America with her sketch group of 7 years, The Animal Club, and was a member of The Chorus improv team at iO. 

She co-hosted webisodes on a four month roadtrip for McDonald's, has been in a national commercial for Wendy's, and two regional commercialsfor Bloom Grocery Store.

She has acted professionally with Pittsburgh Musical Theatre, Quantum Theatre, the Playhouse Repertory Theatre, and the New York Fringe Festival.

She's also been short films in the Austin International Film Festival, Short Shorts in Japan, Raindance in London, and more. She recently wrote and helped produce her first commercial for Re-Bath Remodeling Company.

Ruth has improvised around LA at The Second City Hollywood, iO West, and UCB LA. She recently acted in her first TV pilot. She's also makes short films with her funny friends and funny films with her short friends. She loves nutrition, farming, & Shane.
